EI and part time jobs - kind of confused.

This is my first time on EI since losing my job in late April. I have began working part time on a 3 month contractual basis with the possibility of an extension later, but there is also another job that I probably am going to be offered tomorrow (part time also, and minimum wage). What exactly happens to my benefits? Neither job has exactly guaranteed hours and I am also confused as to what happens if my contract does not get extended at the end of it.

Would I be considered employed full time even though I hold two jobs which are on call/auxiliary?
