Need advice: salary for entry level position

So I just wanted to pick on your experienced brains and see if I could receive some advice. I have applied and received a Skype interview for this awesome position at a start-up company. The online social platform company originated overseas but has been rapidly expanding in the past few years with a great reputation globally. It's launching it's online platform in Toronto this fall. I was interviewed for their Content Associate position, where I would personally go out and collect data across Toronto. Honestly, this seems like a perfect first job for me coming out of uni. It goes hand in hand with my personal experiences and skills set and I absolutely love the culture of the company based of their website and research.

However, the hours are extremely long:
- 12-13 hours workday in August
- 10-11 hours workday in fall after the site launches and forward

I was told to send them a salary range before moving to the next set of interviews. Being completely new at this, I inquired my cousin, who does all the hiring for her company. She told me to ask for a salary range between $2800-$3200/monthly and if they pay overtime based on the position and hours I gave her. I just got a reply from them today saying, they have a "fixed salary structure which would include compensation for all the hours that you spend with us". I'm currently waiting to hear back from my cousin but in the meantime, I want to know if I should ask for a higher salary since I won't be getting paid overtime? The HR person didn't mention anything about benefits yet.
