Hi, I am looking for some advice, basically I have worked many extra hours at my company on the understanding that I would get these hours back as lieu time, I have clocked up a total of 8 days. I took 2 in march break and the owner of the company has deducted them as holiday and is now refusing to give me the days. I do have a contract that states I work a minimum of 44 hours which I haven't signed as some if the wording is incorrect. I have also worked more than 48 hours per week. Any help is greatly appreciated.
