Has anyone worked or heard of Samiti Technology?

I got someone from http://www.samititechnology.com/ contact me for some opportunities and I have never heard of them. They are located in the US and have some office in India. I talked to them about some opportunities but am not sure about how legit they are and if I would get issues with the IRS AND CRA if they are paying me from a US Company.

Anyone heard of these guys?
