az or dz drivers

I graduated with an az certificate from humber college and recently got my az license.

Just wondering if anybody know about any transportation company in GTA who hire newly az or dz drivers. I saw some job postings on job bank, kijiji, craiglist, indeed etc but every company need experience.

Any recommendations or suggestions from Az or Dz drivers.;)
