Many of us don't work at the same place we live in, and its always interesting to see what people think of the area they work in, opposed to where they live in.
I work in the field(real estate), so I basically move around all the time.
Live in: Markham/Scarborough
Work(ed) in:
Mississauga: Really friggin' big, I prefer their street signs compared to the ones in York Region and Toronto
Stouffville: A lot of car dealerships for a small town
Pickering: Developing really fast, a lot of new residential zoning everywhere
Ajax: Really nice city though mostly north of 401
Whitby: Even nicer than Ajax, areas north of Taunton is almost all new residential grids
Oshawa: A lot bigger than I would of thought, GM cars everywhere though there is a GM plant. South of 401 is pretty run down. A lot of Beer Stores...
