From CMA site "I have a question....
"This is a CMA Canada Accredited Program. Completion of all the courses listed below through this program with a B (75%) average provides a waiver of the CMA Entrance Examination for a period of three years from date of graduation."
What if a B grade can also be 70%? If my report card states a grade of B, but not 75%, will that still work? Also what does "waiver for a period of three years" really mean? Will there be an entrance exam every year? "
On CA site, "An overall Grade Point Average (GPA) of “B –” (70.00%) or greater in the courses comprising the 51-credit-hour requirement must be achieved, with a passing grade in each course as determined by the degree-granting institution. When students repeat courses, the Institute calculates the overall GPA using the higher mark."
Does it mean that you are not required to complete the CA entrance exam? Since it did not state whether you will be exempt from the entrance exam if overall GPA is a B.
