It is going to be 6 months since I started working in this company and they still didn't get me health insurance. They have come up with all type excuses like they need to find a good insurance company, they just wanna wait one more month etc etc. I had to go to the dentist recently and they reimbursed me what I paid but I still need to go back and also get checked with other specialists .,,,but my employer still doesn't get it. My contract states that I will be covered after a 3 month probation..but it also states "insurance yet to be contracted"..
