For someone looking to get into an accounting firm (small or big) or just an industry accounting job, does it matter which one of these degrees you have so long as you are well on your way to complete your 51 hour credit requirement for CPA?
So essentially not officially majoring in accounting, but still having had taken just as many accounting courses in a B management program as a typical accounting major would in Bcomm Accounting.
I am wondering this because most job postings do ask you to possess a degree in accounting or be majoring in it, I suppose they would be satisfied if you simply listed you are pursuing CPA with the transcripts to back it up?
Or do you guys think its much better to officially major in Accounting as opposed to Management?
