Experience getting hired by Halton or Peel District Schoolboard

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone here is working for Halton or Peel District school boards as an elementary teacher? I was wondering what the hiring process is like. Is it very competitive? How to you start? Did you have a hard time getting on the supply list?
