My g/f right now is working for an ad agency downtown Toronto and quite frankly I find the hours she works vs the pay she gets is rather unbalanced. Often she's putting in 60 hr weeks but doesn't get anywhere near the recognition and pay associated (she's in the 50kish region from what she's told me) . Is this the norm for ad agencies?
