GO train Rutherford/Maple -> Union commute (anyone take it for work)?

I have never taken a GO Train before but am considering as I will be working downtown. Does it usually get very packed during the morning rush hour? Does it get bad during the winters (e.g. delays)? Parking at the GO station?

I am planning to take it from Rutherford or Maple.
