bell support tech for an entry IT career ? need advice

So i studied for a computer degree that took me 2 years and have been looking for a level 1 computer tech support job for quite some time now. Now i never really wanted to work at bell because i know people that have worked there and they didin't really like the experience. But i have been sending resume for quite some time now and this bell tech support job seems to be whats coming my way now. My career plan was to work to obtain a tech level 2 position or a junior network administrator position. Now what im wondering is is bell tech support a good entry job for somewone who wants to expand in the IT world or should i try going for a company thats more focus on actual computer support (windows, network, active directory etc.) since bell main focus is their product i feel like i won't be putting all my experience at work there.
