Interviews help! (qualcomm, desire2learn, harman)

I have 3 interviews next week and wanted to know if anyone else here had previous experiences/advice for these positions:

Qualcomm:
Quote:

·Responsible for test development, execution, troubleshooting and problem resolution on Microsoft Windows Mobile Platform.
·Responsible for various modem/Windows Mobile feature integration and test environment set up including creating and executing test scenarios.
·Responsible for managing & maintaining h/w & s/w test environment for production test
·Actively interact with developers & other test engineers in a team environment

Skills:
Good software programming skills C, C#, or Perl.
Experience in MSFT test tools like WTT/WP6/WM7 is a big plus.
Experience in any operating systems platform testing (Microsoft Windows Phone, Google Android, & etc) is a plus.
Must be a good team player and have strong analytical skills.
Previous testing experience will be given a preference.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer and internal requirements and specifications and translates these into software designs.
- Analyze existing embedded software to add features, make modifications, fix bugs, and/or port to different platforms.
- Tests software designs and code at the unit and system level to insure that all requirements are met and the highest software quality is achieved.
- Participates in internal and customer driven design reviews throughout the program.
- Coordinates software development activities with software team leader.
- Identifies product requirements or performance issues.
- Works with software team leader to negotiate resolution.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
- Working knowledge of software development tools (debugger's, emulators, compilers, etc.)
- Ability to read schematics and debug analog and digital hardware.
- Able to use oscilloscope and logic analyzer for troubleshooting.
- 1+ years of embedded software developing or testing.
- 1 or more years of C/C++ or other structured language.

Desired Characteristics:
- Experience developing and debugging software in a real-time, embedded, multi-processor, multi-interface environment.
- Microsoft Visual Studio development experience (or equivalent).
