If anyone works in HR, can you please come out and tell us the secrets behind hiring processes and salary negotiations? Does HR have quotas to meet when negotiating on salaries? I'm so tired of these low-ball offers, how do I play the game? When people jump jobs, what is the average percent increase in pay? 10-20%? ON average, what should you be expecting?
