3rd Interview with CIBC for call center position.

I applied at CIBC and they called me to setup a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview, I was invited to a one on one interview for an inbound call center position. There was a presentation about the company, opportunity for us to meet with some of the managers and then finally there was the interview and role play. I just received a called from CIBC and they mentioned that they've found a position for me that fits me. It's for an outbound position at another location and I am called for another one on one interview. I initially applied for an 8 month contract position with hourly income. This new position they're going to interview me for is a salary based outbound permanent full time.

What do I make of this? I am not really interested in outbound but I am going to go for the interview anyways. I have never worked in a call center, let alone outbound call center. Anyone with tips? Thanks.
