creating resume for a person with all experience in a software consulting company

Hi all,

I am a software developer. I have been working in the same company for more than 10 years now. Its a software consulting company which develops client-server and web softwares related to Payroll (HR, Payroll, Time&Attendance, Budgeting, Scheduling [Employee and Job], Benefits, Statutory Holidays). This company has bunch of client companies for which they tailor-made their softwares. The company is very small with under 20 employees. I joined as a programmer and now working as Senior Analyst Developer.

Now I am trying to create my resume and kind of stuck on the experience section. All my experience is with one company although I have worked on different projects for different client companies. But those client companies dont know me and I dont know any person personally in those companies.

I have couple of questions:
* Should I mention different projects I have worked on as separate headings?
* Should I mention the client company a particular project was for?
* Almost all the projects did not have specific start and end dates; its kind of continuous changes. So I would not be able to specify start and end dates in the resume for those projects. Is it bad?
* Should I explain each project in resume taking 2-3 lines OR should I just mention the project name?

TIA
