I originally posted this question in the student section and didn't seem to get much feed back, I am hoping my luck here is a little bit better. So, my dad owns an Appliance Delivery company, he currently delivers appliances from stores such as Coast Wholesale Appliances, Caplans, and Lowes. Right now I am currently working for my dad. Invariably, when we are in a customers house they always ask us "are you going to install those" how ever we are not licensed to.
I would like to know if anyone has any idea what programs in school teach you appliance installation? Or, what certifications do I need to learn the basics of appliance installation and to be able to install appliances such as dishwashers, range tops, gas stoves, gas microwaves etc etc. I look forward to hearing back from you, hopefully you can help!
