I'm a new grad, SFU Computer Science, and am currently completing my last semester. I am seeking a job earning 60k/year out of school.
I have 2 month co-op terms of experience, 2 years as a part time developer and have been working part time as a developer since January for my most recent co-op. I have had roles from QA, to developer and most recently sharepoint/crm guru (everything including planning, implementation, development, end-user support and integration with other products). I feel I have enough experience and and a fast learner and I deserve a salary in the range of 60k.
My current company (working part time), is making me an offer to full time upon graduation which I am highly considering, although I am not sure of the pay. This same company is the company where I completed my most recent co-op. Now my question to you guys is...is 60k/year achievable here in Vancouver? I know some people jump on the first offer they get right out of school but I would like to make sure I'm making the right decision before I accept anything...
Some online resources I looked at:

Thanks for any insight!
