So I've accepted a position at another company, within the industry but different role. I haven't handed in my resignation yet as there is still time. My question is, how do I dodge questions from my employer/co-workers on where I'm leaving to. I don't really want to let them know until I'm settled in my role and I know it's natural for co-workers to want to know where you're going. What do you think is the appropriate response for this situation?
