Careers in Toronto VS Calgary

Hello,

I currently live in Torotono working in the Marketing department of a big Corporatation. I'm wondering how the job market is in Calgary for Marketing positions.

Also, what is the best city to live in in the Greater Calgary Area. I don't want to live too close downtown, but rather in a sub urban community.
