Is it worth it, or even possible for them to become a realtor as well? The main purpose being the ability to save on commission fees, to get access to listings quickly, access to price history for neighbourhoods.
The pricing history is mostly what I am concerned with.
What fees are there in maintaining a license? Would this be common in this "trade" for people with this skillset (renovations) to also be involved directly in the real estate aspect of it?
