Greetings! Anyone on this board have had experience in taking tests at Randstad and completing forms for a BackCheck? I've been reading and apparently BackCheck has sources that'll get the work history of a potential new hire directly from payroll and Human Resources. Now, does that mean Payroll and HR from the respective companies the employee has once worked at or a big bank of people's work history.
Also, are references done by Randstad (a hiring agency) or the H.R of the company that you've been interviewing for?
FWIW: I did not use a job agency to get my interviews.
