Hello guys, I have been with current company for the last four months; initially, they hired me on contract as a Expeditor; temporary position created so I can get my foot in the company; which was revised last month and I was hired by company but I am still on Probation, and position has stayed pretty much the same.
Now, the hard part is that I was referred to this company by Production Manager who used to be my boss in last company; he brought me over here with a hope that I'd move to higher up position over time; but, it seems I've become stuck on lesser role without any position available in the company that would give me boost in terms of experience and pay scale.
So, what is the best way to say goodbye without creating hard feelings as I need my production manager reference for my next job serach?
Should I tell them of my intentions?
