School district job

Hello Members,

I'm an intermediate accountant currently working at a public practice.
Because my boss and the working environment is beyond disgusting in this office, I would like to work somewhere else.
I was able to secure an interview with my local school board for an accountant position where I basically perform/supervise bookkeeping duties.
Do you have a general idea how competitive this will be?
I am so preoccupied with the thoughts of the coming interview. I really want this job.
Also, can anybody share their experience of a panel interview?
