Clarification on being laid off

I've worked for my company for a little under four years. If I were to get fired / laid off tomorrow, what sort of termination pay would I receive?

I have 17 days of unused vacation this year as well.

I read the Labour website, and it says that I should receive 3 weeks notice, but what happens if that isn't received?

This is more of a curiosity question.
