Looking for jobs in UAE/Qatar while in Canada

HI RFDers,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience (or luck) in finding a job in Qatar/UAE while in Canada? I have spoken to a few recruiters while on vacation there, but they said that they only cater to individuals who reside in the Gulf area.

Any tips or pointers or advice will greatly be appreciated :)
