How early is too early? (If/when/should you)
I'm still a student right now, but after finishing my undergrad, I realized I would not get a job as it wasn't a degree that was directed to getting a job. As a result, I lost interest and didn't have a GPA good enough for grad programs.
I now am studying MRI to be a technologist. I *should* be able to find work, especially in Manitoba where there are a bunch of new scanners planned for the next few years. Its also where I want to go. However, I am paranoid that I wont find work, especially being an MRI Tech who hasn't done X-ray as many others have.
When do you start looking/planning for other options? 6 months after? 2 years after? I'd rather not go back to school, but may for Ultrasound or a health/policy admin role. Just want to have a plan, just in case.
Or am I being crazy here
