Hello- Just looking for your opinion.
Would you leave a government job, okay pay with a great pension to join a newly started company backed by a $500M conglomerate with clients in the pipeline (opportunity to work internationally with the biggest companies in the world)? This would include a 65% raise and the number 2 spot in the company. Same benefits but the latter has no pension.
Stay for pension??
