If someone was let go because of "performance issues", would it be because of:
A) Slow learner
B) Not completing their work on time? (e.g. they are supposed to submit their report of XYZ by X date but they give an excuse B of why they cannot)
C) Completing their work on time but using company time to do other stuff (e.g. they finish their work but they surf the web to online shop or browse RFD)
D) Disrespectful of someone? e.g. calling other people names behind their backs
