full time $75K, hate job >>> offered 1 year contract with $85K @ gov't

can get everyone's thoughts... I get paid $75K with benefits right now, but hate my job. Got a job offer with the government for $85K, no benefits, 1 year contract, with the opportunity to apply as an internal candidate for other jobs in gov't if the contract didn't turn to full time. What would u do?
need some pro/cons...:(
