I think the title speaks for itself.
Reason why I asked this question is because I saw a video on TED regarding that the "30s is not the new 20s" and that people should start getting their act together in their 20s. While I agree to some degree, I also feel like the 20s is a time to explore different options. I definitely went through a "trial and error" process in my early 20s. I'm 25 now. I graduated 2 years ago with a science degree, spent the first year post-graduation working in an unrelated field, and the second year backpacking/travelling. Right now, I feel more career oriented. Although, I don't have a full-time job right now, I'm working towards a CPA accounting designation and hoping to become a chartered accountant by the time I reach 30.
What about your thoughts?
