I've spent the greater part of my day google searching countless forms of education and advice on this issue. I really have no idea what the best approach to deal with the subject heading.
It's felt a little awkward around this employee when they condescend other employees, but feeling it for myself makes working with them very uncomfortable. There is a lot I would like to say, however, I still have to work with this employee.
