in IT, you are required to learn everytime because technology keeps coming in and if you stop, you will be left behind.
so what about other careers, like in business, marketing, sales, import/export, banking, accounting, etc.. are the people working in these field required to learn everytime while working or do they just learn at the beginning, and they will be set for life?
