I got a job as an inventory clerk through an interview where HR manager asked interview questions and my supervisor was present. But the job is not like what job description described that are part of my duties should be about administration and part of my duties involve physical activities like lifting, moving items at a warehouse. During probation period, i have been asked to do 100% labor duties every day, and I am not happy about it. I had raised this issue to my supervisor that made him unhappier. now my supervisor try to make me to do more heavy jobs with an intention to make me quit my job. I want to quit and contacted with HR manger about it. HR manager want me to continue to work and promise to investigate the problems between me and supervisor. can I pass the probation period and get back some administration duties including in the job description?
