SunLife Financial - What's it like? (Customer Care Representative)

Hi there,

Can anyone give me any inside information or insight on what it’s like to be a customer care representative for Sun Life Financial? What is it like to work for this company? (i.e. what types of issues do you resolve? How is the process of dealing with the customers and clients?). Also, what is the work environment like? (i.e. atmosphere with other coworkers, the comfort and layout of the production floor/work desks the management,).
