Since a lot of members here are asking for Career advice, I thought maybe I should get some help also.
Current Age: 25
Salary: 45K
Education: 3 years Advanced Diploma in Business Admin Accounting with 1 year Co-op Experience. Currently Enrolled in Level 4 CGA
Current Experience ( 2 years and 7 months): I do a lot of financial reporting and data analyzing work. I also do accounting work like journal entries, Financial Statements, Account Payable, Payroll etc.
I don't have any debt or mortgage and I am very bad at saving as a result my savings are pretty low
Not sure whether I am under paid or on average but I have been applying to different companies and have gotten 2 interview calls so far. Didn't get the job though.
I feel that I am not learning much anymore in this company and I don't know if I should ask for raise.
