Hello RFDs. *Change the title to "prospective"
There's one issue about employment that I would like someone to shed some light about. Do prospective employers have the ability to look up potential candidate's employment history (without a resume in hand)?
I know police services when they hire applicants for constables that they want to know every job you had in your lifetime or going back to the last 10 years. How are they about to do this especially if certain applicants omitted one job for whatever reason.
There's this one place that I'm applying to and they want to know EVERY job that I had in the past 5 years. If I withheld a certain job from them, are they about to find out? Don't worry I have another job that can be substituted in lieu.
