Hi there !
I graduated in June from Rotman and I have all the courses to start PEP and get my CPA designation... I want to challenge the exams starting this September... I want to work in public accounting as an auditor because that is the reason I want to become a CPA..
I am looking for a job right now and keeping up with the smaller firms that have postings (looking at other positions in industry too) but I was wondering what the chances are to get hired by the BIG 4 (or even medium firms) during fall recruiting as a recent graduate? I was unsuccessful as a student but I did have 2 interviews.. 1 with a BIG 4 and 1 with a medium sized firm..
Has anyone here gotten into a medium/big firm after graduation... ? What helped you get the position this time ? Or should I just hope a small firm wants me and the big 4/6 ship has sailed..
Any guidance please.. !!
