has anyone heard of Capital World Financial?

Hi citizens of RFD. Has anyone heard of Capital World Financial and their JR financial Planner position? I googled abt them and some say u need to get an insurance license first in order to get a contract with them. I went to their website and they offer insurances and wealth management services. Is it similar to Primerica?
