CA - Need Career Advice

Quick Background:
- Worked in Big 4 for a few years, went through CASB program, obtain CA in 2010.
- Was Audit Senior making $48k (with 3 weeks vacation) before leaving Big 4.
- Joined a group in Higher Education for 2 years making $95k (with 5 weeks). Left in 2013 because the supervisor was a feminist nutcase, and the ship was sinking faster than a titanic.
- Recruited shortly thereafter (by a SMS text) to join small local CA office with a staff of 8 people. Boss Man was the sole CA, with a CGA student as well. Rest are bookkeepers and admin staff.
- Making about $90k (with no benefits, but flex schedule - can come and go whenever I wish).
- Boss Man is maybe 3-5 years to retirement, so looking for exit plan. Office has many years of experience and huge client base (we never need to go seek new clients).
- Some travel (3 days out of city) was required for 4 months of each year. Average workweek about 50-55 hours.

After 1 year of working there, was invited by the Boss Man to become partner. Was told that I should be making $120-150k.
With this opportunity, I feel the plan is to pretty much to help take over the office in 3 years.

It is a fantastic opportunity that fell onto my lap. I am in my early 30s now, and started a small family.

My question: Am I limiting my future career options by accepting the partnership? What would you do?
