Open Text creating up to 1200 new jobs

Great news for Ontario, it's good to see that the province is attempting to diversify aware from manufacturing, which is what we need to pursue with the decline of manufacturing, and to not declare bankrupcy with our more than a quarter trillion dollars debt.
