Any diploma I can get in two years or less and get a job that pays 60K or more?

I'm a 24 year old and I've decided to go back to college/university. I'm looking for advice on programs that I could join and get a job that pays 60k. Anything is better than bouncing from job to job so 50K would be good too. I'm looking into programs like occupational health and safety you can get a diploma in 2 years but all the job postings have required experience in certain industries like construction for a number of year. I feel like OH&S program is more for people in a certain field who are looking to move up.
