Hello,
I have heard that some people will sometimes omit dates for their Education and Work History.
I can imagine why people with employment gaps, or older workers trying to position themselves favourably would do this.
I am sure there are other reasons but I thought that this might trigger more suspicion?
Is this a common (and accepted) practice?
And if anyone can tell me if HR departments would frown on this practice?
Thank you....
