Need suggestions about job search

Hi,
I need some suggestions in finding a suitable job in Agriculture research and biology research.
I have masters in Life Sciences and Bachelors in Microbiology and biochemistry. I applied so many jobs online and no luck. Any suggestions about recruiters in areas of Life sciences, biology or Agriculture. Any other suggestions or ideas for job search in this area. Thanks for you time and suggestions.
