Im currently working for a software firm. Im one of the developer, the pay kind of sucks, and we are working on a legacy system. So which leads to not much room for growth. The advantage is, the work is somewhat chill-lax. There are not much pressure of management. We can pretty much take a long lunch break and do whatever we want.
Here comes company B which is a creative agency. They mostly acquire jobs from clients, and develop applications for them. The thing is I always hear bad things about agencies and to stay clear from them. Reason being, you deal with clients demands very closely. and its all about clients and deadlines which can create a very high stress environment, and can potentially kill yourself. I hear rumors about this and of course I hope its not true!.
The pay is around 10k more and have a possibility to work on more projects.
