Master's in Psychology !

Hello,

My wife has done Master's in Psychology from Spain and she was a lecturer there. I want to ask that how can she go about doing the job over here in Canada ? Does she have to do any course in the same field ? If anybody has any idea or currently in the same field, please reply.
