Hey, just wanting to post this in case anyone's had a similar situation or knows anything that might be of help.
Basically here's the scenario;
- Laid off in August due to restructuring. Reasoning given and on paperwork was that the position was no longer required.
- Just found out that they posted for the same position (permanent) this week
I'm not fishing here but just wondering, are there any laws or anything that speak to this sort of situation? Just found it kind of odd. If not, no big deal, it just struck a chord with me lol.
