I just moved to Calgary and I'm looking for a job as C# .NET web developer, have couple years experience finished bachelor in IT etc.
Now I received one offer after months of applying as a job at a local company with a salary of 45k + benefits (health coverage basically).
I'm not a complete starter, have various websites running, corporate experience, certifications.
What would you make of that salary? Basically it's only slightly higher than my wife which is a receptionist at a college!
