Flexiplace jobs at RBC?

Have family to care for right now, need some work-life balance. I see on the RBC careers website, they advertise that they have staff working at home. Does anyone know what types of jobs these are? A search on Eluta doesn't turn up any ads that say one can work "flexiplace" which is the word they use.

Any jobs in other banks would be great too!
